Horizon Technologies is an integrated IT consulting and software development firm based in Mumbai, with a solid full-stack web and mobile design and development capability. Horizon started with a vision of providing IT services par excellence, by Mayur and Swapnil Dabhade, software engineer brothers on 5th October, 2013

Horizon started an academic wing Techsphere in order to support the students of IT field by means of expert lectures, training programs and workshops, industry visits, working on live projects and internship opportunities

We moved into a bigger space to mprove capacity and business environment for our colleagues and partners

With the vision of empowering educational institutes by making their operations secured, automated and organized, 360Track Systems was launched. 360Track helps Parents and educational institutes to be on the same platform and communicate seamlessly with each other and thus efficiently contribute to child’s academic growth.

Taking a social initiative to prevent wastage of water through citizens’ participation, we developed an android app- ‘Jalmitra’. Thane Municipal Corporation supported the initiative and the app got launched by Mayor Hon. Mrs. Minakshi ji Shinde, in the presence of Municipal Commissioner Hon. Shri. Sanjeev ji Jaiswal on 22nd March 2017, on the occasion of World Water Day. The app, the concept and our efforts were greatly appreciated by the government officials, media and the citizens.

In order to help corporates and enterprises with field employee productivity management, Horizon developed and launched On The Field on 15th August 2017. On The Field offers operational convenience for managing field employees and enhance productivity by means of real-time location tracking, meeting updates, order booking and consolidated client records.

Delhi-based author Prachi Garg wrote about the cofounders in her book 'SuperSiblings' covering the entrepreneurial journey of sibling entrepreneurs. The chapter "The Horizon of Successful Bonds" talks about the beginning, struggle, failure, success, growth and eventually making Horizon a well-known name in the domain.

The edutech venture 360Track was ranked #1 by Silicon India in the list of 'Top 10 Most Promising Education App Providers'.

Cofounder & CEO

A software engineer from Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Technological University, Swapnil co-founded The Horizon Technologies in 2013 with a vision to support businesses irrespective of their size, complexity, geography, and scale. As a founder, he is very passionate about his work and is fondly known for his leadership and client relations. He excels at Social Media Strategy for Start-up companies supported by the firm.

MAYUR DABHADE       |    

Cofounder & CTO

A Young techpreneur and an expert in Integrated Tech design, Mayur is the CTO of The Horizon Technologies. Mayur leads all operations and product design on digital platforms. Under his leadership, the company has registered impressive growth with more than 500 clients serviced since its inception. He graduated as a Computer Science engineer from Mumbai University in 2014 and has been managing a dynamic team. With the vision of empowering educational institutes, Mayur designed and launched 360Track Systems on 23rd April 2016.

Chief Business Officer

With over 13 years of business experience of working in the real estate sector, Ritesh recently joined The Horizon Technologies as the CBO. Previously, he led Business Development and Finance for Broadway Malyan, a UK based architect firm. He has also worked as the General Manager for Business Development and Strategies at Vardhman Group. A Bachelor of Commerce from H.R. College of Commerce and Economics, Mumbai University, he completed his Master’s degree in Financial Management from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies in 2014. As a Business Growth and Development Specialist, he leads the products On the field, My Society and all primary development services pan India.
