The Godrej Retail division manages Distributor network with their RSOs who manage retailer relationships for the distributors. At present, RSOs reporting to ASMs and then the book-keeping task happens manually which consume time and efforts.
The client wants to automate this process by means of a mobile app for the RSOs which makes reporting simpler, reduces time & efforts. We integrated our “ on the field App” and customized it to resolve the problem on hand by handing a mobile application which will improve time and resource management. The project was completed in August 2018
